Statuses are used in SignAgent Manager™ as a way to organize signs based on their status. For example, statuses could include Installed, Damaged, Proposed, Deleted, or more!
This tutorial outlines how to create a new status in SignAgent Manager™
1. Select GROUP tab
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Status list, and click in the empty box in the Status column. You can then enter any title you choose.
3. Click in the empty box in the Notes column. Here you can enter any notes about this status for clarification.
4. To change the order of this status in the list, select the status and move it up or down using the arrows.
The last important note about statuses is that to when you click the Printer icon in the SIGN table, it will print all signs with the PRINT status. (this status can not be removed or edited)
After the signs have been printed, it will ask you if you would like to change the status to whichever status comes directly after PRINT in the Status list.
In this example, it would ask if you would like to change the status of all printed signs from PRINT to INSTALL.
